Do you offer scheduled departures?+

Yes. AJE offers fixed-date scheduled departures across Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, with selected guaranteed departures based on minimum guest numbers.

Can travel agents access private rates?+

Yes. Approved agents can log in to the B2B portal to access agent-specific net rates, availability, marketing assets and booking tools.

Are gorilla permits included in Uganda programmes?+

Gorilla and chimpanzee permit handling should be coordinated at booking stage. Permit inclusion depends on the specific quote and availability.

Can departures be customized?+

Yes. Scheduled departures are fixed for seat consolidation, but private and tailor-made versions can be arranged subject to availability.

Which countries does AJE cover?+
