By accessing our website, registering for an agent account, or using services provided by Rift & Tide Africa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or B2B systems.

Rift & Tide Africa provides destination management, safari planning, reservations, and related travel services across East Africa for trade partners and their clients. Website content, rate indications, and sample itineraries are for information and trade reference unless confirmed in a written quotation or booking confirmation.

Only duly registered travel businesses may apply for B2B access. You must provide accurate agency information and maintain the confidentiality of portal credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your agency account. We may approve, suspend, or terminate access where we identify fraud, misuse, or operational risk.

A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any required deposit or guarantee has been received according to the applicable quotation, booking conditions, or invoice. Published prices, park fees, gorilla or chimpanzee permits, flight sectors, and lodge availability remain subject to change until final supplier reconfirmation.

Trade partners agree to:

- Provide accurate traveller, billing, and passport information required for operations. - Communicate entry requirements, visa rules, health advisories, and insurance obligations to clients. - Respect supplier cancellation deadlines, child policies, and payment schedules. - Use marketing assets and rate information only as authorized, without misleading advertising. - Protect confidential net rates and commercial terms shared through our portal.

Travellers and agents are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and compliance with park authority rules. Adventure travel involves inherent risks; clients should obtain appropriate insurance covering medical evacuation and trip cancellation.

All website content, itineraries, trademarks, rate sheets, training materials, and marketing assets remain the property of Rift & Tide Africa or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, scraping, redistribution, or misrepresentation is prohibited.

You may not use our systems to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform integrity, misrepresent affiliation with Rift & Tide Africa, or circumvent published booking procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rift & Tide Africa is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or travel services except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law.

Force majeure events — including weather, park closures, civil unrest, supplier failure, or government action — may affect itineraries; remedies will follow applicable booking conditions and supplier rules.

You agree to indemnify Rift & Tide Africa against claims arising from your misuse of our website or systems, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information supplied by you or your clients.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rift & Tide Africa's registered jurisdiction. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
